I practice a mind body approach to health and wellness by looking at how the areas of your life connect. Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Does the inability to concentrate affect your job performance? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole, especially in the context of auto immune thyroid disease and hypothyroidism. Do you know many of my clients suffered from the loss of a loved one or a severe trauma and that this event may have served as the trigger to activating a predisposition.
I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. By listening to your body’s cues, each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own health expert. No fad diet book necessary. Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I don’t have to dictate a diet for you if that’s not what you want, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

Labs can be very helpful in making initial assessments and tracking progress. However, you do not need to have labs done prior to your session(s). The best gauge of progress is how you feel. We implement healthy and positive changes that will have a beneficial impact on overall wellbeing.
