We will look at the role of Diet and Lifestyle in disease along with Stress Reduction, Gluten Sensitivity, Food shopping for optimal health, How to do food reintroductions, Which nutrients to supplement with and why, How to discern good supplements from bad supplements, Explanations and Educational reading, Goal setting and Time management. Also included is an easy to use food journal which allows you to see exactly how different foods affect you. Recipes, batch cooking tips, how to save money on food shopping, specialized exercises that can help the thyroid are also part of my three and six month programs.
